- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, boil cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and reserve the drippings.
- In the same skillet, melt butter in the reserved drippings and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme to the skillet. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked cauliflower, chicken ham, and half of the cheddar cheese to the skillet. Mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with remaining cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg.
- Feel free to substitute with different cheeses like mozzarella or gouda.
