  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

  • 1 package puff pastry
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until tender.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
  4. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken and mushroom mixture on each square.
  6. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  7. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
