- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and garlic until tender.
- Add the shredded chicken, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken and mushroom mixture on each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
- Brush with beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve warm with additional gravy if desired.
