- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Colby Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, peas, and onions.
- Mix well and transfer to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the Colby Jack cheese over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
