- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are soft.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let it cook for a few minutes until thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and coat it in the creamy sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
