Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in the minced garlic and thyme, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and mixed well.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce and mix until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
