- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 12 ounces pasta of your choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pesto
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and pesto, stirring to combine. Let simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Stir in grated parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables such as spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
- Leftovers can be reheated on the stove or in the microwave.
