- 1 pound chicken, cut into pieces

- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat oil in a karahi over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Stir in ginger and garlic paste, then add chicken pieces.
- Cook the chicken until brown on all sides.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, and green chilies; mix well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt.
- Let it simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle garam masala on top and garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve hot with naan or rice.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in yogurt and spices for a few hours.
- You can adjust the spiciness by adding more or fewer green chilies.
