  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and turkey bacon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, and cumin until well combined.
  3. Pour the creamy mixture over the bean and vegetable mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve chilled with tortilla chips or fresh veggies.
