Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Once churned, transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For an extra creamy texture, allow the ice cream to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before serving.
