- 1 package gnocchi
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté the onions until caramelized.
- Mix in the cream, garlic powder, and thyme.
- Add the gnocchi and cooked turkey bacon to the skillet and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute chicken bacon or regular bacon if preferred.
- Add more vegetables like spinach for added nutrition.
