- 2 cups cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

- 4 hot dog rolls
Instructions
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the chopped lobster meat and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper. Add this mixture to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Toast the hot dog rolls lightly on each side in a separate pan or in the oven.
- Fill each roll with the creamy lobster mixture and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the lobster mixture.
- These rolls are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for a day.
