Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

  3. Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
  5. Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until soft.
  6. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  7. Pour in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
  9. Garnish with parsley before serving.
