- 4 fillets salmon
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Place salmon fillets in the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove salmon from skillet and set aside.
- Add mushrooms to the skillet and cook until soft.
- Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine.
- Return salmon to the skillet and simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
