Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the salmon fillets and cook until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
- Remove salmon and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Return salmon to the skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
