- 4 pieces chicken thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- In a separate baking dish, toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in the same baking dish with potatoes and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
