- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. Add them to the skillet and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and garlic powder. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
- Add the chicken back to the skillet and top with roasted baby potatoes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in garlic and herbs for a few hours before cooking.
- This dish pairs well with steamed vegetables or a side salad.
