- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and thyme, cooking for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return chicken to the skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, consider adding parmesan cheese to the sauce.
