- 2 pounds baby potatoes
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes until it thickens.
- Toss the cooked potatoes in the creamy garlic sauce. Add the crumbled turkey bacon and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
