Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.

- Reduce heat and simmer until the potatoes are tender.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning; season with salt and pepper.
- Heat through and serve hot.
