Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes, broth, lasagna noodles, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until noodles are tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve soup topped with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
