- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and diced

Instructions
- In a blender, puree the mangoes until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add sugar, lime juice, salt, and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and mix until well combined.
- Fold the mango puree into the whipped cream until fully integrated.
- Pour the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled, garnished with mango slices.
Notes
- Make sure to use ripe mangoes for the best flavor.
- You can substitute heavy cream with coconut cream for a dairy-free version.
