Instructions

- Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer, cooking until slightly thickened.
- Mix in the sour cream, followed by the tortellini. Cook until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
