Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the steak and cook until browned.
- Add minced garlic and paprika; stir for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and beef broth; stir well and let simmer until sauce thickens.
- Mix in the cooked pasta shells, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
