Instructions
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken and sausage to the skillet, cooking until browned.
- Stir in heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
- Add pepper jack cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, mixing well to coat.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir to combine.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
