Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and sausage, cooking until browned.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the pepper jack cheese, salt, and black pepper until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese if desired.

- For a spicier kick, consider adding diced jalapeños.
