- 2 pounds potatoes
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender and let them cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Dice the cooled potatoes and add them to the bowl, along with turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, and red onion. Stir gently to combine.
- Chill the potato salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- This potato salad can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Add more veggies like bell peppers for extra crunch.
