Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
  3. Add the Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
