- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 ounces rotini pasta
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Add the Rotel tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix well.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier dish, use spicy Rotel tomatoes.
- Leftovers can be reheated on the stove or microwave.
