- 1 pound sausage links
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the sausage over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and thyme.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
