  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 ounces chicken ham, diced
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Layer half of the sliced potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle half of the onions, garlic, turkey bacon, and chicken ham over the potatoes.
  5. Pour half of the cream mixture over the layers.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
