Ingredients

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat, picked over
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, spread a layer of heavy cream at the bottom.
  5. Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp, crab, and mozzarella cheese, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
