- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat, picked over
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions; set aside.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of heavy cream at the bottom.
- Layer noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp, crab, and mozzarella cheese, and repeat until all ingredients are used.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Pair with a fresh salad for a complete meal.
