- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups cooked seafood mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, seafood, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place a dollop of the cheese mixture on each noodle, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with extra mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- This dish pairs well with a fresh salad.
- For extra creaminess, add a layer of béchamel sauce on top.
