  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked seafood mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, seafood, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Place a dollop of the cheese mixture on each noodle, roll them up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with extra mozzarella.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
