Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cottage cheese, salsa, taco seasoning, corn, black beans, and cilantro.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
