Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, then stir in taco seasoning and salsa, cooking until well combined.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the beef mixture, then arrange in a baking dish.
- Pour the queso dip over the stuffed shells and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm, garnished with sour cream.
