Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.

- Add minced garlic and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, combine well, and serve warm.

- For a lighter version, use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
