- 4 strips turkey bacon
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a large skillet until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through.
- Add garlic powder and season with salt and black pepper.
- Stir in the heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and spinach, cooking until the spinach wilts.
- Add Parmesan cheese and return the bacon to the skillet. Stir to combine and serve hot.
