- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Stir in diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Add Italian seasoning and chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a simmer.
- Stir in shredded chicken and let it cook for about 5 minutes.
- Lower the heat and mix in heavy cream and fresh spinach, stirring until spinach wilts.
- Finish with grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- You can use regular bacon instead of turkey bacon for a richer flavor.
