Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
  6. Mix in the cooked turkey bacon.
  7. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve warm over your favorite pasta.
