- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach and cherry tomatoes, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce thickens.
- Mix in the cooked turkey bacon.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Serve warm over your favorite pasta.

- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes.
