Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the beef broth, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until combined.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer, then add the bowtie noodles.
- Cover and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the noodles are al dente.
- Stir in the Velveeta cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm.
