- 4 medium zucchini
- 1 pound chicken breast
- 6 slices turkey bacon

Instructions
- Using a spiralizer, cut the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring frequently, and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add zucchini noodles into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper, then top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the sauce.
- Be careful not to overcook the zucchini noodles, or they may become mushy.
