Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Using a spiralizer, cut the zucchini into noodles and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced chicken breast and cook until golden brown.
  4. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, stirring frequently, and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  7. Add zucchini noodles into the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  8. Season with salt and pepper, then top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning to the sauce.
