- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Core and slice the apples into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.
- Toss apple slices with lemon juice, then coat with flour and the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Place the apple fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can sprinkle more cinnamon-sugar on top after cooking.
- Serve with caramel or yogurt for dipping.
