- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- 3 tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the boiled mashed potatoes, green peas, cumin seeds, cilantro, green chilies, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt.
- Mash everything together until well mixed.
- Add the corn flour and mix until the mixture is firm.
- Shape the mixture into small patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the patties until they are golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
