			- 4 large potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
- Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
- Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Sprinkle chopped turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
