  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in cold water for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain and pat dry the potatoes.
  4. Toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread the wedges out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Sprinkle chopped turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese on top and bake for another 10 minutes.
