Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups kale leaves
- 1 large sweet potato
- 1 medium zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Wash and dry the vegetables.
- Slice the sweet potato and zucchini thinly.
- In a bowl, toss the vegetable slices with olive oil and sea salt.
- Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until crisp.
- Let cool before serving.
