- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine brie cheese and cranberry sauce. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
- Brush the egg rolls with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For the spiced honey dip, whisk together honey, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
- Serve the egg rolls warm with the dip.

- Make sure to seal the edges of the egg rolls to prevent filling from leaking.
