  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine brie cheese and cranberry sauce. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. Brush the egg rolls with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. For the spiced honey dip, whisk together honey, cinnamon, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.
  7. Serve the egg rolls warm with the dip.
