- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix the buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Once the cauliflower is done, remove it from the oven and toss it in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return the cauliflower to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra crunch, you can double-bake the cauliflower.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
