- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Start by tenderizing the beef round steak with a meat mallet.
- In a bowl, combine the buttermilk and steak, and let it marinate for at least 2 hours.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate dish, beat the eggs.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Remove the steak from the buttermilk, dip it in the egg mixture, then coat it in the flour mixture.
- Fry the coated steak in the hot oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Once done, let the fried steak drain on paper towels.
- Serve with gravy of your choice.
