- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups pasta of choice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the chicken and in the same skillet, add heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, stirring to coat.
- Slice the chicken and serve it on top of the creamy pasta.
- Garnish with spinach if using.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Italian herbs to the chicken seasoning.
- Try using whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
