Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add in the vanilla extract and cotton candy, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and chill them for 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, melt the chocolate chips and dip each cheesecake ball into the chocolate.
- Coat each ball with graham cracker crumbs and freeze until set.
