Ingredients

  • 1 cup dill pickle chips
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
  2. Add dill pickle chips to the mixture and stir until combined.
  3. Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Form the mixture into balls.
  5. Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
  7. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
