- 1 cup dill pickle chips
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Add dill pickle chips to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into balls.
- Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the balls until golden brown.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some spices to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with extra ranch dressing for dipping.
