- 4 pieces chicken breasts
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 1 cup asiago cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast in the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the linguine according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt asiago cheese with a splash of pasta water until creamy.
- Drain the linguine and combine with the asiago sauce.
- Serve the crispy chicken over the creamy linguine and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
- Feel free to substitute the asiago with any cheese of your choice.
