Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Coat the chicken breasts in the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest, then shred it.
- Assemble the tostada towers: place a tostada shell, layer with shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, feta, and cilantro.
